Ongoing problem with this game, and the tieing it to xp in 'some' heists in the recent xp patch wasn't even implemented across the board or on such a scale to fix the problem completely without any proper money sinks.
These days in loud Golden Grin I pretty much ask if they intend to get all the loot out if the van escape hasn't been selected; because this right here is indeed the definition of bag throwing simulator and I have better things to do with my time than waste 15 minutes getting a few more million dollars onto my already bloated pool of cash at the tail end of this heist after all the fun stuff has been completed.
Let the crowd fund a artwork of a new character, then wait a couple of months and release it for $5 including the achievement "get 100mrd of offshore cash" and let the grind begin.
Let's also never forget that this was a thing. I don't get why they removed it. Its quite true:

Honestly, I couldn't agree with you more on the Big Bank quote there. It seems more fun doing that...then this. Especially since they teased us in Meltdown with easier, faster means of moving bags.
While i hear people keep saying it needs more risk...i don't see why, hell, ontop of that, if they did that, the guards/civs that come to check would be alerted by the open door and would turn the mission into a timed mission no matter what, honestly thats the worst aspect i've seen of go bank--i keep hearing people say there is an rng for it where you can take your time...but out of thirty runs i've never seen that rng happen--.
tl;dr, i don't see why everything has to be a case of "well i have no pagers left, lets hope nobody notces the open doorway that would easily get me caught and shove me into loud" the payout on golden grin isn't even very high, it it became too risky to even bother with most the cash they'd need to shove more "collect all bags" achievements just to incentivise most players to even bother, and that would still just be done loud rather than stealth.
It's attitudes like this that are the very reason for some of the most arbitrary difficulty changes in the game. For example - Shadow Raid. There was nothing wrong with this heist (outside of annoying bugs with the Detection AI seeing you from halfway across the map through several solid building walls randomly.) Suddenly people figure out how to ECM Rush it for quick EXP and the answer isn't "Do something to stop them from abusing ECMs on this mission." Nope, it's "Make the mission worthless for EXP."
ok then,
existential crisis aside, the grins layout in the back area doesn't lead it to being a good idea to put extra guards in place since they'll at best just stand in the area between the metal doors. you could make a case for having guards and porters come up and down the elevators then walk out into the casino and leave the map. that would add a dynamic level of difficulty provided you could tell when they were coming.
And no, no mods were enabled during this.
And the heist pretty much boils down to "Is the correct bottle in the VIP room?". If no, you pretty much have to restart.
Yes, making it easy too quick would cause them to fix the difficulty and add twice the guards all glaring at objectives. It's not like there's an achievement for doing it quickly. Oh, wait...
Just do the usual and have the mission give 10 EXP and we're golden. BELENCE!
