Possible skill build with grinder?
http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/eqsnOpkLHIjEFDa:fROMJEGCda:ibcdea::w40-5-9:s49-7:a1
So I was thinking of how I could utilize the grinder perk deck effectively honestly I was thinking of going enforcer/fugitive (currently dubbed fugger; cause I am not creative.) The point was you were to have 30 or so dodge paired up with grinder deck and with ammo as your equipment. But I don't think this is a build meant for deathwish. Feedback would be nice! Lemme know what you guys think would be more ideal or a different approach to the grinder deck.

you dont need dodge for this deck. I have a honest to god enforcer build with it and it works great. just shoot, shoot and shoot some more. that's it.

ya just ran a full enforcer build with this perk and it works wonders. no need for meds.

In my opinion, Hard boiled (enforcer, left, tier 5) at all isn't really worth it. Also I would recommend having some sort of long range weapon. I personally like the Joceline with flechette rounds and sawed off barrel and the ammo pouch, you can hit snipers (most of the time) on most maps. Or even the M1014 with HE rounds. If you plan on only taking ammo I would recommend getting rid of the first aid kit skills. In any build I would take Sprinter aced (ghost, middle, tier 1) and endurance basic (mastermind, left tier 1). Unless you take Carbon blade aced (enforcer, right, tier 6) I wouldn't take it at all. I could be wrong but from what I have heard Underdog aced (enforcer, middle, tier 2) is more harmful than helpful.

Like he said. (>°°)>

I´m running with this build on OVK(including weapons, but also running with Valkyria and SMG´s):

(>°°)> http://pd2skills.com/#/v3/mhjGBda:eqokLHIjEDa:tOiJEFGbCDa:ghjEgCa:feDa:ibcdea:pG8::w61-3-17-6:s32-23-37-14-43-5-41-38:a3

I had still 9 points left and didn´t know where to spend. I saw no reason to spend 4 points in Bulletproof basic, because these 15 armor won´t make any difference. So I got SMG-Specialist Aced, Cat Burglar Aced and Opressor and Underdog Basic. (>°°)>
If someone has a better use for the points, he maybe can tell me. (>°°)>

Edit: Just saw, that PD2-Skills haven´t updated his page. Grinder isn´t in the Perk Deck choice.

My suggestions for the OP's build: firstly, tweaking what you have on the raven and judge will let you get 6 detection rating which makes acing sneaktard and low blow rather unnecessary since they'll only get 1%/3% more. Flip-up sights, short barrel, no extension on raven and a king's crown on the judge (with HE) is a very powerful dodge setup. Keep it ace if you want to have weapon variety available, but if you're going to stick with that weapon set you can keep them basic.

Secondly, Bullseye is probably more important than sneaktard is, because if you have any armor at all it will eat the entirety of any hit other than a sniper's. Granted, since it isn't Rogue you're less likely to actually have that armor when a shotgun hits you, but it's still quite helpful.

Third, you shouldn't invest in both FAKs and Ammo Bags, you should pick one and go with it. FAKs are pretty poor to begin with, but with Grinder you have little need for their healing, and there's a very obvious skill you could pick instead (Swan Song) to get up to the top of fugitive.

Fourth, hard boiled and carbon blade are both terrible, you could use those points for useful low level skills like sprinter ace, fast hands, cat burglar, shinobi, endurance, and nerves of steel. Also keep in mind that fully loaded aced doesn't work on custom shotgun ammo types, and doesn't stack with the +35% from the perk deck (it overrides it) which limits its value.

Actually with grinder you don't need a single skill point for anything.
Attempted Tabula Rasa with it yesterday.
Everything went fine until my team got downed at day 2 while carrying the server down the stairs, me running in a tazer while retreating with the tommy gun equipped.
You can imagine what happened...
But before this I wasn't in trouble a single time.
Played with it the whole weekend, didn't get shot down once...

Except for Tabula I was using Mastermind plus the mandatory skils like Sprinter/Fast Hands/Transporter.
But really, skills don't matter with grinder on ovk, you can play like totally drunk and succeed easily.

No points spent in Mastermind or Ghost
Primary and Secondary shotguns, no counter shield shells or skills
Aced run and gun is unnecessary, moreso with a shotgun
FAKs are unneeded for Grinders, having max FAK skills are a waste of points, stick to ammo
Hardboiled is generally considered a waste, due to shotguns working effectively without ADS, and that shotguns work better with bad accuracy
Aced Fully loaded is a waste, moreso using the weapon's default ammo regen, rather than using a weapon that has a bad regen rate.
Carbon Blade is a waste, portable saw alone can get you through all the deposit boxes and doorways you need to, without consuming all your ammo
