do you mean the armour bag?
You're probably better off with an Enforcer dodge/grinder build who's carrying a saw. I think the loss of 10% dodge and 30% crit with Low Blow is worth not losing a deployable over.
That's a lot of potential Liability, for a small potential gain.
Unless you're in a very synergized team of players you know, I'd never ever consider taking either a Saw, or an Armor bag on Hotline day 2.
(even then I never would, but then again, me and my usual crew are all 25-100 now, so there's no need to go that far for extra bags)
And in a team with decent synegy, it works well. I even was able to pull it off once in a public team where everyone had enough of an idea what they were doing that missing 2 out of 4 ammobags wasn't really an issue. I then was basically just the guy eating bullets and fixing the drill while shooting the junk enemies where as the rest was doing the proper combat.
Damn those gasjerrycans.
