how do I listen to the soundtrack without downloading the game?

I purchased this game so i could play it when I get a powerful enough PC (ran the demo on my old junk and got 4FPS) I usually listen the soundtrack on soundcloud but it doesnt have everything and it was on sale on steam, however i can't listen to it though the "Music" tab on my library like i could with the prevoius game's soundtrack

Download the game again, copy the files for the soundtrack and place them somewhere else, then delete the game. Duh.

oh, and download space is a problem, I also live with a few other people and a limit of 25gb a month per person. I've already gone over my limit :/

Someone named CommanderCH on youtube posts the soundtrack (including certain sections such as the stealth, control, and assault phases), and offers a download link to certain ones. Otherwise you can just download the youtube videos to mp3.
Or you can buy the songs/album from Overkill's Bandcamp page and download them.
