Not really since you can't wire the money to your bank account. Unless you sell skins on eBay.

Otherwise it is nice to buy extra games or skins with the proceeds.

No. Most hosts kick you if you have skins. Still a bit salty over crimefest day 1. Not worth buying but worth selling. So only sell skins and never buy unless you want to get kicked over and over.

Some of them look alright, others don't.
It's up to you really.

With goonmod you can make your own skins essentially.
There is a mod out there that just gives you all the skins (not as a steam item, just ingame)

there is no huge advantage in having a skin that makes you godlike over other playwers, you CAN get a small increase in stats, but its negligible.

I'm not salty about them, it's just that I regret getting every single one that I've attained because they mostly look crap comared to the stock weapon.
The only ones that I like is the ygadhaiowdhnwidnadd FAMAS skin (yeah, IDK how to spell it at all) and a black mint condition bronco skin that I got myself with a drill I picked up). But even in those cases, I could've used Goonmod to get the same effect.

No not really. The price isn't going to go up. If you want aesthetic skins, use GoonMod.

No, wait, stop, lol. Don't. I was kidding. If you must, maybe hold off on that till it hits penny stock valuation.

At a quick glance it seems to have sunk over the last week from a high of ~1.82 USD to ~1.71 USD, but lowest over last 6 months is ~1.41 USD and lowest 1 year term valuation in March of this year, at ~0.59 USD (at current Krona to USD exchange rates).

Or better yet, invest in property, real estate ;p 'Buy land since they're not making any more of it' -- at least not usually and not much, except for bits and pieces of reclaimed land (like some of the oil states, emirates do, now and then).

'Skins'? *shrug* You can bet on anything if you want. From horses to snooker, football, coin toss or beer pong, it's all gambling.

If you want to make money, be a smart trader in TF2. So far, I've seen lots of guys making profit from there.

Payday skins are way too early to try to get invested. It'll be a gamble if you try so.
