I don't know, I used Akimbo but the achievement didn't drop at the end. I wonder if melee and grenades disqualify us?

Yes it does you need to only use Pistols

i tried with deagle akimbo and baby deagle as secondary, didn't work, so i think i'll try just with baby deagle next time...

No Nades and only pistols I screwed up by using mollys at the first attempt
