Mr. Blonde was a standup criminal, demonstrated by the fact that he slashed a cops face, cut off the same cops ear, and died by a cop's gunfire.

Not only that, in Reservoir Dogs, he was the first to start shooting civillians. This is why Mr. Pink[Buscemi] states in response to Mr. White's rage over Mr. Blonde's actions during the heist: "...this guy is the only I completely trust. He's too ♥♥♥♥♥♥' homicidal to be workin' with the cops."
