whenver I am ingame there is red particles and pixels everywhere

like the title says when I join a game not in the menu but in the game there are red pixels everyqhere I am using a diffrent monitor afer I thought that was the issue but it stayed the same how do I fix this?

You need to disable the forced settings on your GPU. Either Nvidia Control Panel or Catalyst Control Center depending on Nvidia/ATI respectively. Or if you're using an Intel, your Intel HD Graphics Control Panel.

Set Anti Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering to "Use application settings" or words similar to that effect depending on which application it is.

need pc specks dude to help, but this game needs lots of ram like 6 gig minimun to run and then there are issues,
is this the only game you have trouble with?,
might also be files missing so right click on your game properties local files click and let run,
this may fix it but your best bet is to uninstall the BROKEN GAME,
go to steam surport refund money,because this game isent worth the hassle,the devs don,t care about fixing issues with the game all they want is your money.
this game has been BROKEN for over 2 yeras and the so called devs never fixed it but they don,t have the brains either in my opion.
