Hey, am I hearing weird whispers in my head?

I have been playing this game since the alienware alpha update and when the Jacket character pack came out I used him alot more than the others.

but whenever I play Hotline Miami heist and i'm in the basement I actually hear weird whispers...and I think its Jacket (yes I know how ironic it is because of my posts and my profile pic)

and yes when I first heard it, I posted an 'ALL CAPS POST' but thankfully Ashley took it down

so far I've heard him say:
'I see her in the dress' {this happened when I was detecting a barcode}
come on...come on... {barcode detecting} (EDIT: confirmed to be Wolf)

Yes, i know this sounds like a troll post, but I need to see if anyone else has heard this.

Some of the characters say the second thing occasionally when waiting on something such as a drill or the barcode scanner.
