It took me 296 hours on my 2nd account(i never stopped at lvl 100 and went infame as soon as possible), this was done pre holdout achievements and with friends, you can add around 200 hours for infame 100. So its something between 400 and 500 hours.

But keep in my i already know how the game works + i played with experienced friends.
But if you dont mind using mods/get carried then sure, but it will take hundereds of hours.
Its gonna take a lot of time for infamy 100 aswell unless you play certain ways which might not be worth it in the end as it probably will bore you to death.
Though I might add that going for like 90 % if you enjoy the game is def. worth it.
Our team played methodologically this summer, with me and another guy experimenting a lot, testing limits to AI, levels layouts, weapons, etc. Other two finished 99% with 200hrs or less.
Now, with 100lvl infamy... (no thanks developpers), this will add another 200-250hrs, assuming each round is a success.
But yeah, big game, lots of achievements, its gonna take a while to get all
