4 pagers for 4 heisters is not enough.

I know, this is "balanced" and stuff, but I think (and many others will agree) that only four pager answers per map is not enough for a good stealthy action. Me and my crew lost a bunch of heists JUST BECAUSE "the operator wasn't convinced".
It was pretty sweet to have sixteen answers with four smooth talkers with you, now it's gone too far and too hardcore. It has to be fixed.

If you know how to avoid guards, it really isn't that bad. Just gotta try and not kill them.

16 is a bit way too much don't you think? Kind of eliminates the aspect of stealth from the harder maps if all you need to do is just kill people over and over again. Raising the number would be fine but people have managed to do well with 4 regardless, just try to adapt your playstyle better and avoid killing.

Hey, you gotta be grateful that we even have those pagers, you know? :P

If you search for something really hardcore, see the Diamond Heist of the original Payday The Heist. If someone saw you, there wasn't even a window to kill him or ECM's. If any guard saw you, or you killed any of them, you were screwed.

Four pagers is more than enough. You aren't supposed to kill everyone on stealth, and make it become a Bank heist in stealth. You are supposed to complete the heist without anybody seeing you, and you got 4 windows to screw up.

I am not trying to be mean (or dank) saying this, but you and your crew need a little bit of practice if you think stealth is hard without more than 4 pagers, :P

honestly the intire pager system should be changed.

it not realistic that there is a heartbeat sensor attached to them, what would be more realistic would be that you would either have to knock the guards out, outright kill and drag them away and take the pagers with you, pagers you would have to answer several times during a heist (with a increased risk of getting spotted in each pager answer)

The whole point of stealth is to not be seen. It's one of the fundamental basics in any form of stealth.

1. Evade/Avoid
2. Distract
3. Incapacitate
4. Kill

(And obviously 2 and 3 are impossible, so your only real option is to avoid)

If you are not avoiding guards, then you're not doing the stealth right in the first place.

More than 4 pagers and Stealth would just be a walkthrough, plus EVERYTHING would just be an ECM rush. There would be no true "stealth" to any of it. DW Election Day, Day 2 Warehouse too hard? Meh, just shoot the 7 or so guards in batches of 4 and then walk around lacksidasically finding crowbars and crates.

4 is actually quite perfect and in many cases, it is far more than what is necessary (Even DW Ukranian Job sometimes only has 2 pagers, Shadow Raid you don't even need to kill guards, Bank Heists can often be done without killing any guards depending on vault location). If 4 pagers are not enough, then just stick to stealthing the Nightclub or something.

A good stealth action would be to not use pagers at all.
Try seeing them more of a "oh ♥♥♥♥" kinda deal. You get to screw up four times, but then if you do it once more, it's over.

I totally agree. And it'd be nice to have some sort of bonus for not killing at all but tbh I don't want this to turn into Metal Gear Solid. This game is very good in its current form minus all those confirmation dialogs in the menu. Even when skilling. overkill
