It depends. If you run a meleecentric build, the katana might be suited for you.

Character wise, Jiro can be quite annoying, to be honest.

If you like to play the advanched style of a Berzerker with armour regeneration and movement speed sure. (Keep in mind only berzerker damage skill effect only happens at 25%)
Katana is best and strongest melee weapon for the moment. The Uzi is great if you don't have the Vector SMG or MAC11.

If you don't have pain for money sure. If you are sensitive wait for sale.

Perk deck is bad, character speaks in Japanese only, melee is good. your choice.

It probably worth mentioning there's going to more than likely be a sale pretty soon, so you could get it cheaper if you wait a week or two.

Keep in mind The Yakuza deck gives no bonus to Defence on Dodge or Full armoured. I suggest using ballistic vest and taking a lot of cover (don't act rambo)

Not sure if he'll be on Sale though. They tend not to do sales for the newest DLC. There are exceptions, but not often.

Welp was worth it for me. Going all Yakuza Berzerker with Supressors all over.

Katana is hands down best melee (Extremely fast swing, high damage (from 70dmg to 450dmg within 4 secs) and not to forget the great concealment)

The Micro Uzi is good however if you have the Jacket's Piece or Kross Vertex, you wouldn't need to bother. The high concealment makes for a good, fast-firing Stealth SMG.

Jiro is a fun character (cool mask, nice white suit and all Japanese)

Perk deck I have not yet used.
