Does comically large spoon of gold count towards crazy ivan?

I just finished the heist on VH with gold spoon and unfortunately concussion grenades (which apparently fail you) and 2 saws and i emptied out one of them and used the otehr one to open door. does burning count against it too? i know they might've not changed the achievement since they haven't changed the descriptions, but i wanna be sure.

I think saws aren't counted as melee weapons (though, could be wrong)

I never actually used teh saws to kill. I only opened a door. anyway yeah i think comically large spoon doesnt count and they took time to update requirements but not description

Yea my advice would be to use melee without any effects like fire

its funny because i completely forgot about the effect since its chance based.

Here from Unknown Knight's profile comments, for a second after a long time away from the forums (hi Alto!). UK did confirm that the fire damage counts and that saws are considered guns by the game code, so I'd stay clear of those.

You can fire guns, you just can't kill people with them. well that sucks, I really wanted a melee with high charge.
