Report a translation problem
You don't need to read the numbers on the keypad to enter them. Move your mouse pointer over the keypad and you'll get a dialogue: "press E to enter n" (n = the number the pointer is over, keypad is standard layout, ie same as keyboard numpad).
As for lag, the map is known to be poorly optimized. Not much you can do about it, apart from turning graphics settings down.
the whole map is easily the worst heist both gameplay-wise and optimization-wise, the small rooms, almost invisible objectives and the whole thing running like a turtle going uphill makes the heist awful, I even get input lag in the map, its literally the only heist where this happens to me, even San Martin runs better ffs

as a recommendation just check outside the window or guess the number, the number is a four digit code that is 040(a number)
