Well, in 33 days it'll be 13th August, so it's more likely it will be an anniversary event. I HIGHLY doubt it will be Hoxton's breakout, considering the Dentist still wants us to do two more heists before breaking out Hox. I'm guessing it'll be a free heist to celebrate PD2's 1st birthday.

"Story-wise" it would be unlikely, since the Dentist only made Dallas agree to work with him after he mentioned Hoxton, and 2 jobs are still to be done for him, before "reward time".
