I just saw this mask on the official Payday 2 group.

Where does it come from? Looks like Twisted Metal clown.
Every other avatar are in game masks except this one.

PSN exclusive.

It's based on a character from a Sony owned property, the game franchise Twisted Metal. It is extremely unlikely for it to ever be made available on PC.

It's actually pretty ugly compared to characters masks and looks like the spiked skull in soundtrack masks.. not convincing.

It fits perfectly fine. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean that it's out of place.

Well that more a question of texture/design over real mask background.
I suggested. That should be ok.
