Zooming = Blur

Is there a way to get rid of this? I turned off depth of field which helped slightly, but everything blurs when aiming down sites. I want that to just go away. The game overall is pretty blurry at long range.

It's annoying and unrealistic unless I take off glasses/contacts, then yeah... everything is blurry

My settings are maxed out as far as I know.

Turn off depth of field, that should fix like 99% of it.
