Anyway to l turn down just the voice volume?

Not other players, but mostly the dude on the radio, his voice is damn loud compared to all of the other effects for some reason and I usually have to put the SFX down to nearly muted to hear people when I talk to people with TeamSpeak/Skype/Mumble while playing. His voice is just too loud.

There are 3 options for volume: Music, SFX and voice, aren't there?

he means character voices, such as bain and bile, they fall under SFX

Yeah, Bain is getting irritating because outside of gunshots I don't hear much when he's talking and he always does.
