Why is he called "The Cloaker?"
Seriously, guy should be called Jet Li, or clancy, or something other than cloaker since he doesn't actually cloak, but he does flip around like a ninja.

Call it the Fisher, because its based on Sam Fisher, and it lures you with its siren call and a false sense of security before hooking your ass and eating you for sunday dinner.

A bulldozer is used to push large quantities of soil, sand, rubble, or other such material during construction;i guess police uses those freaky texans in EOD suits to push back Clowns.That's the most logical thing i can imagine

They're called Cloakers because there's a SWAT technique called 'Cloaking' where you knock a crook out in one hit without him noticing. Cloakers do something similar to that.

When playing with my crew, we always call them Tom Clancy.
"Watch out, theres a Tom Clancy."
*hears the cloaker sound* "Tom is here."
"oh no! Clancy got me!"
