The issue with the other contractors is getting them to do the VOs, I'm sure. I mean, Election Day VO is already such a mess because the way The Elephant talks, it sounds like we were getting him elected (which was the original point of the heist, files for the heist were in the game since the beginning) not McKendrick.
And I know they're on a two year contact, but I think they should pull the plug, get themselves a real engine, and get PD3 going. This engine's limitations are showing through, horribly.

Now seriously, i agree. Vlad is a pretty fun character, but hearing him in every new heist gets tiring after a while.

But no really, Vlad and Locke are all they really have right now, and that isn't much. Why do you think they made Vlad the fall guy for the Black Market Update, the safes in the heist, the safes themselves, the Goats, so on and so forth.
But yep, Vlad is "a bit" overused....
