Yes.

Or use a mod. GoonMod to be precise (it's not considered cheating/hacking as far as I'm aware, it just let's you buy access to a mod if you can earn it with its own currency).

Do side jobs, when you choose the reward go to the Vulcan Minigun, and choose Butcher mods. You should see only 0/1 or 1/1 this is because the only possible mod with that combination is the LED Combo, so basically 100% chance.

It's getting around RNG. There's a reason Overkill never flagged the mod as a hack. If you can actually obtain the mod, as in you bought the DLC to have it, you aren't flagged as a hacker as far as I'm aware.

I've never used it for weapon mods (although I probably should have).

Complete daily job, choose thanatos sniper and bucther pack dlc, if i remember it right ( led combo is one of free dlc, The Butcher Mod Pack #2 ). It is 100% Led combo drop.

The military combo sight, or whatever it's called does.

It doesn't move the laser up to match whatever scope you have, nor give as much of a stability boost.

That's cheating if you did not earn it.

You do earn it, the Gage Coins are earned by the player completing a full set of Gage Packages, you earn a single coin for doing it. Some modifications and masks cost 5 coins. Unless you go into the mods script and alter it of course.

My point entirely.. it's so easy to chat in this game nobody can prove they accomplished anything legit. Therfore buying perks changes nothing that mods don't already do.
