And this, the Buzzer, in my opinion is great. If you time it right you can stop cloakers, and just generally stun enemies that are a danger to you while you reload, ect.

It escapes me why the devs did that- To costumize any other "assault" rifle in order the get the hightest concealment possible you have to compromise big time in many regards.
imho this weapon should be categorized as a pistol rather than a assault rifle, but this would require a new hybrid class of primary weapons, a class that doesn't exist yet.
is it still a good weapon? i'd say yes, if you don't want to play on dw difficulty.
But the actual gun itself isn't as amazing as it used to be. There are better alternatives now. Even an AK Rifle can reach ~180 damage with a 60 round mag and great accuracy with the AK Car mod pack and the courier DLC.
