This. It's a beast with the Silent Killer. I run Ghostforcer just for fun, and I just can't leave Spec Ops out of my secondary slot. Good damage enough to one-shot cops, accurate enough for long distance shots, high ROF capable of shredding dozer faceplate, the Mark-10/Jacket SMG is better than the Spec Ops in terms of damage and ROF only....
damage per second is better. reload is better. recoil is near zero. crazy good ammo pick-up (best in the smg category).
The P90...
either you have mediocre accuracy and really bad recoil, or you have good recoil and poor accuracy for a weapon that has one of the lowest ammo pick-up rates.
P90 has more damage than the Micro Uzi, but this is negligible for Death Wish.
So, yeah, Micro Uzi is the obvious choice between it and the P90.
What I would suggest you, though, would be using the Krinkov. It's basically an Assault Rifle in the same calibre as The Eagle Rifle/Falcon Rifle. You can get the Krinkov up to 100 stability and 80+ accuracy and having very good damage.
TL;DR: Stick to Micro Uzi, and stay away from the P90 if you want efficiency.
Never tried the jacket piece yet (bought HM on Winter sale and I'm travelling right now).
I don't watch to much stats anymore and I prefer to trust the "feeling" I have with a gun and hip fire is just great with the Spec Ops (at least with silent killer, don't really know without it).
In the end, unless you like min-maxing, I'd go with the one you find feels best since both are potent. Basically it's accuracy and mag size vs ammo count and ROF.

Micro Uzi using conceal Boost too. I played two times Hoxton Breakout DW with that Build, it's uncommon and you have to change your playstyle a bit. Use Micro UZI as main, and the Crossbow only to stun/kill Dozers & Shields. Try to use splash damage every time.
Both are viable and not that much different apart from stats, a real question would be to choose between the CMP or Krinkov.

Snoozle of Fun gives 43 dmg (with big lost of accuracy) instead of 42 now, so i let it like it is.
Nah, it sinks at about 30-40 accuracy the lowest
With Silent Killer and some good mods Jacket's piece to hit harder than the Spec Ops, but from what I notice, the Spec Ops have little hipfire spread compared to the Jacket's Piece.
