WHAT MOD WILL LET PLAYERS TO REDUCE THE INTERACTION SPEED OF REVIVING ANOTHER PLAYER ?

After a few rounds in public death sentence games, I found out that most people have that type of mod (even >3k hours players) and I really need to know the community opinion about that mod cuz sometimes people in Payday 2 decide whats cheating and whats not by majority vote/opinion.

nope bro, from my experience, when they try to revive me by interaction, the interaction got done before the interaction is completed, I dont know what mod they are using but I know it gives a lot of advantage to players and I need to know what mod is that exactly

They sometimes use silent assassins and mods won't do anything because it just has a big advantage and it's easy to do missions

nope, not skills points, the interaction when reviving another player will suddenly finishes eventhough it should not finish yet, you can try joining some death sentence public games and if youre lucky you will encounter people who has it, sometimes I see streamers have that too, cant be feign death because theres a message of who has revive you after that interaction

Well that sounds like feign death, cause with feign death you don't get revived instantly once you get downed. It has a 2 second lag, in which you can still attempt to revive the player.
Now is the question, when did he interact with the player? Shortly after downing or much longer after that?
