IS it possible to lose my Scareface DLC ?

So I have the Scarface DLC both the heist and character pack. If you want proof I can upload screenshots to my profile.

The question I have is this. Is it possible to lose the DLC if I buy later DLC or buy a DLC bundle ? I have heard people imply that you can but can I ?

If you own the DLC you won't lose it

the content gets to stay in the game, if you have the dlc you get to keep it
they lost the license to sell it and they cannot make any new scarface related content

Ok thank you. I have a few builds that use Kingpin, it's a pretty good perck deck but has been kind of supplanted by Leech.

I always imagined that in Universe the events of Scareface did happen however the Scarface you play as is not Tony Montana, rather it's some crazy guy who thinks he is Tony Montana.

The timeline makes no sense also Scareface isn't voiced by Al Pachino (this is because he's to expensive but still)

Which DLC have you bought? DLC usually only gives you access to things (like heists and guns), rather than actually giving you something.

The events of Scarface from 1983 are canon within the Payday 2 timeline as are the John Wick films, the Point Break remake and Hardcore Henry and Hotline Miami.

Tony's voice in the game is performed by the guy who voiced Montana in the Scarface PlayStation game, since Al Pacino was already too old when the Scarface game came out, so Pacino personally hired Tony's voice actor to do it. the game and was hired to voice Tony in Payday 2,

In the lore it is understood that the Tony from Payday 2 is a descendant of the real Tony Montana who died in 1983 in his mansion. He could possibly be Elvira's son but this would not be the case since Elvira could not have children due to the cocaine she received. It destroyed his belly (unless by a miracle Tony and Elvira had Tony Junior from Payday 2)

And clarifying what about Holtine Miami: the timeline of Hotline Miami and Payday 2 are connected in another universe where 50 blessings never carried out the attack against Russia and the nuclear war never happened, therefore the Hotline Miami jacket is the same as the one from Payday 2 but in another timeline where the nuclear war did not happen

cant speak for playstation as i didnt play on it but for xbox you still have the dlc, you just have to remotely install it from the browser page for the scarface character pack since you cant install it like you would any other dlc for whatever reason

It's not available for purchase through the steam store due to copyright issues but can still be played as long as the host of the lobby owns the DLC. If you own it, you will not lose access to it.
