It's either hacker or stoic for me, everything else feels too weak. Actually I play with crew chief from time to time too. But I tried crook, muscle, didn't like them. I play with sicario on some maps because there are some uses even if it's weak and also it's fun but no way I'm not playing hacker if there isn't at least one hacker on the team.
Hacker, on the other hand, is kinda overpowered but being able to stop most nearby enemies for a few seconds is a necessary skill (especially when playing solo) because I can't count how many times I have been rushed and surrounded by +4 cops at once in just 1-2 seconds (Hoxton Breakout suffers this the most).
I don't know when Starbreeze made this change but cops rush TOO fast towards you in groups without a care nor strategy. How am I supposed to evade/kill them before I am 2-shotted to death?
Once you are good enough with any perk deck, it kinda becomes boring though. Imma start using Sicario for the challenge.
I think they were always like this. The issue I have is with the changes they made to dominating cops. They are definitely different now.
Leech def works better than hacker in that specific situation. If the dozer is on you it won't instantly trigger the feedback effect. If he's coming to you but not on you, sure it's good.
And honestly, if you're playing death sentence and you're trying to decide which two (very good, great even) options is better, then skill is going to come into the equation.
Try them, see what you like. That's my advice.
hacker turns the team's taser on you by stunning enemies in a short period of time, plus the dodge is good
The 2 perks are good, it is stupid to compare the 2 perks and see which is better
