Random explosion on No Mercy?

I was in the no mercy heist, waiting for the elevator. When the power goes out, I go down the hall with all the patients and a random explosion blows up ~5 cops. I was playing with AI teammates, and I had no explosive throwables or weapons. Weird, but kind of funny. Anybody else have this happen to them? Is it scripted?

Did it destroy a wall? The cops sometimes destroy the walls inside the hospital.

well explosions in a room near the elevator and in one of the main scanner room things for blood samples are normal but down the hall? idk

@citrussy you might be right, I do have a fov mod installed, maybe it added additional things?

it's a scripted explosion to open up part of the map, it would be weird if that happened but the wall wasn't opened up
