Can't find the offshore casino? Help.

So I used the offshore account on the bottom left corner of the map once, got the rhino mask. It was nice.

Now I have 36 Mill, I want to spend it. But I can't find the offshore casino access ANYWHERE on the map anymore. Only the Gage, purchasing contracts, and the info on characters.

Plus all the online/offline missions.

Can anyone help?

Its not always open. Major update / DLC releases are likely to open them up for a short time(~1week).

It's essentially a special event. Expect to see it again next month during Payday 2's birthday.

To state what I have said in several other posts about the disappearance of the Offshore Casino...

The Offshore Payday is a Mystery, wrapped in an Enigma, wrapped in your offshore cash. It reveals itself on occasion to allow itself to acquire a fresh set of "Dosh Robes", at which point it parades around with its collection of Infamous Card drops, tantalizingly out of reach until inevitably it tires of those robes and journeys forth to acquire it's next set putting the very same rare cards much more tantalizingly within reach... For a Price...

That or it just happens every now and then, but doesn't stick around forever, but that's a boring explanation, the outlandish and grossly ridiculous story is clearly the true tale.

Additionally, and more seriously, it typically reappears after every second DLC/Big Event after it vanishes, so expect it around the time the next DLC hits, however long that is. (Or in this case, more likely for the games upcoming anniversary.)
