does modding stop skin drops
so i was wondering does using mods disable skin or safe drops as recently i started modding and stopped getting skin or safe drops am i just very unlucky or is that a thing

No, i use mods on pd2 and i get skins

You should have a guaranteed skin drop after playing for like half an hour, usually less. Mods don't affect it in any way.

If you use the a cheat mod that allows you to unlock all skins, it will indeed stop you from opening any more boxes

Why would that stop skins from being obtained?

Nice, you're pretty clueless. Duplicated skins will still drop.

I think its daily, every day's Reset (when the sales start/end on the store) you can get one skin dropped. It can require 2-3 heists though as its not guranteed to drop first heist's cards.
Modding doesnt unless you mod the card drops out of the game entirely, leave before the cards every heist or never finish a heist.

If you don’t want your daily drop, I suppose you could prevent the game from attempting to fetch a drop at the end of heists.
