new launch option - which should I choose for my CPU?

I have Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10600KF CPU @ 4.10GHz 4.10 GHz

it is from April 2020 if I checked correctly

I know it says 2021+ but I wanted to ask if someone with similar cpu to mine tested which option would be better and could share some knowledge?

i remember someone saying that option is mainly for people who have more than 4 cores in their cpu but idk if its true or not
