Silent and Professional Killer work with Bows/crossbows?
I was curious if the perk stacked as the weapons are technically silent.

Whether or not a gun is "silenced" is determined by the presence of a suppressor. A suppressed weapon can actually have a higher threat level than an unsuppressed weapon and will be considered silent while the other isn't.

How about the Pistol buffs? Reload faster and more damage for the hand crossbow?

The pistol crossbow doesnt count as a pistol,but as a special weapon,so no,no pistol buffs.

What pistol buff? I sure as hell hope you don't meant the normal pistol, instead meant the pistol crossbow.
