You need the Completely Overkill Pack which isn't sold anymore.

Completely Overkill Pack is not the same as the Overkill pack. One was a limited edition DLC, the other is still available.

it was 19 bucks not 100. people being greedy ♥♥♥♥♥ has nothing to do with overkill. it was only support dlc, masks and rewards are just reward for support. but brainwashed people just jump on hate train, like herd...

The whole pack IMO was less worth than 5 bucks. Four masks and a weapon skin and they disguise greed with tricky marketing and call it "support" lol what a joke.
Homeless people need support, the ill and infirm need support lol overkill just WANTED more money.
So as far as I am concerned they promote greedy behaviour in the fasebase. They make an exclusive content ,limited in number with the knowledge that they are working on MT's in the background and pump up the hype so that even a year later there is still people like OP looking for this crap and the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapon skins are still bouncing around the market gaining valve and ovk income as I type this..

and again, they asked for support, not forced you. thats really all to it. people that feel "tricked" are really stupid in my opinion. i got mine pack as a gift, but i would buy it mysalf if i didnt. and i would knew what to expect. i dont understand what people expected out of cosmetic reward?

Like you I was gifted it by a well meaning mate but In my mind that meant i had to pay him back with equal value even though this was not his intent.
Is still some of the shadiest marketing I have seen in a long while, I never would have paid for that.

id be pissed off really if they didnt say reward will be only cosmetic, i really would. but when you think about it, another 10 masks and weapon skin is really all that can be cosmetic. i never expected any exclusive weapons or free dlcs or something. that wouldnt be cosmetic. that would piss off people that didnt buy it.

It took several days for the fanbase to brow beat that nugget of info out of ovekilll. At first its was marketed as " the secret " no meantion of cosmetic at all.
