Cant use F

When i press F it only goes halfway. How do i do so it doesn't? It is reallt annoying!

If what others have suggested does not work, then try a mod which allows you to tap F, instead of having to hold F. For example, this one here...

Is the F key working normally in other games? Check if it cleanly repeats in Notepad or something. This really sounds like an issue of your keyboard.

Personally, I recommend rebinding the action key to E, I find that much more usable.
