Canonically when did the story of payday 2 end

The white house heist came out in 2018 according to the wiki, but ive heard the stories ending is set around 2016, then i heard 2017, but surely it must be 2018 if thats when the white house came out?

Yea but the crew had alcohol and a leech so that made them survive. somehow.

Canonically it ended with white house, all the heists that came out after it were canonically before white house. PD3 takes place in 2023 5 years after white house.
