Complete Big Bank on Hard difficulty or above in 12 minutes or faster. Whats the best way to do it? Stealth? Loud? How?

Loud with 4 players, 2 of which has ECM to open doors with time lock glitch.

Then it is a matter of finding the right computer within 15 secs. (EDIT: Okay, maybe 15 is overrestimating)

Loud group of 4 guys .... i think saw is more viable then jammers, make sure every single person know on which place to go,deffinitely bus escape and timelock glitch will help you too....then all you need is to be synchronized....its not very hard

Maybe with pubs it is hard, hope you got some friends with which you can disscus tactic etc...

Depends entirely on how you're skilled, but the lack of firepower is going to hurt.

Unless the person has a shotgun as a secondary, carrying a saw on a loud mission is quite the gamble.

I've only done it loud... three times with three different groups of people. Take bus stop escape, 30 shorter time-lock and maybe an additional zip-line to the roof, and you're good to go.

The way I did it was 4 players. 1 brings the saw to get the server room open and to open cages inside the vault.

Assets you need to buy:

Time lock glitch routine (-30 seconds on the timelock)
Keycard (Place it near the manager's office on the first floor)
Bus stop escape

Right from the start the person with the saw goes for the server room while one player gets ready at the computers. Another player grabs the keycard and goes straight for the maintenence office on the roof so they're ready to rewire the timelock immediately and the 4th goes straight up to the crane to get the drill inside

Once the drill is in and the timelock is going, get all 3 bags for the drill right next to the door and just camp near it to ensure that the cops can't shut the timelock off. Once the door's open grab the bags and get the drill going. The drill will take roughly 5 minutes to get through the vault and you've also gotta hope it doesn't jam too many times (I think we had it jam twice on our run). Make sure someone stays near it so they're ready to restart the drill as soon as it breaks.

Once the drill is done get the vault door open and run in as soon as there's enough space to get through. Your player with the saw gets the cage doors open and each player just grabs one bag of loot. DO NOT grab gold, only money. Once you have 4 run straight for the bus escape and signal it. Then it's a straight shot to the van and escape. We made it with 15 seconds to spare on our run.

Another tactic is to use thermite and a way of opening the sec doors and a saw. (the saw is necessary for this strategy as you need to saw your way out of a cage if you end up dropping into one, as well as for opening the sec doors).
Trust me, between moving the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crane and the drill breaking, the thermite is the faster option.
Apart from that, proceed as usual, but only take min bags and book it to the helicopter (preferably with a MM shouting a speed boost)

The fastest way to do Big Bank is actually to stealth it until the timelock door is open, then ECM rush the last part so you don't have to drill the vault (don't forget that 1 guy has to stay in the manager's office to hack the computer). Saw the cages, call the bus, get out before the assault even starts.

I did this one just recently. Following strategy has worked well: i will describe it using 4 heisters (A - D)
A - has a saw/C4 to open the server door - will activate server
B - lower floor of the office area, will look out for the beep sound
C - upper floor of the office area, will look out for the beep sound
D - has a saw/C4 to open the door on the roof , will reactivate the timelock procedure, later on he will get on the crane

All heisters wear a medium vest. it offers the best compromise between speed and protection. Shinobi and walking speed skills from the Ghost tree are highly recommended. Select the Bus stop since it will be the fastest escape.

Dont waste time! Just instantly put the mask on. A,B,C and D should take their positions instantly.
A will iniciate the server hack. B and C should not interact with a computer, if they are not sure that it is the correct one. (there is a guide on finding the correct PC)
It goes much faster to repeat the beep sound than just randomly trying PC`s in which the beep sound came from. (so this requires some discipline) I found this to be the most important part. You waste lots of crucial time if you mess around picking the wrong PC. There is actually no reason to pick a single incorrect PC. If you still do it, you are doing something wrong.
After the correct PC was activated, A,B or C needs to activate the timelock, it will be interrupted. However, D is already in position to interact with the fusebox on the roof. After he is done, A,B or C will interact with the door control once again. D should be up in the crane meanwhile.
After the pig was dropped, there is nothing much you can really do wrong in terms of task allocation. Get the beast pieces to the vault. Everybody should stay close to the vault since it is important to have short walking ways to reapair the beast, when it breaks.
On Hard Difficulty you only need 4 bags. So everybody is grabbing a bag. not more, not less.

There you go. Thats how it worked for us. Its not much of science behind it. But beeing in contact with each other over teamspeak helps a lot to even out misunderstandings.

Pretty much this. You're looking at 8 or 9 minutes, maybe less if you get lucky with the computer (in that you don't need to look for one because Bain gets instant entry)
