Twitch drops not showing up in Inventory

For some reason, the first set of Road to Payday 3 Twitch drops do not appear in my inventory. Even tried reclaiming it twice from Nebula. Any help would be awesome.

aight everyone. I catch up one of the streams of defur. he said he's aware of the situation so they put all drops again. from now on 3 sets are avaliable to be claim but you cant claim the past drops unfortunately.

why is overkills solution never to just fix the issue, and always to implement an additional system in order to fix the initial system which never gets fixed?

I stated prior to your post that I myself have tried this exact method and it still didn't fix my problem.

If folks actually tried that then they would have solved it. It works. PEBKAC every single time. It's not intuitive, but y'all are hilarious. Thanks for the free steam points btw.

I'm literally due 3 drops for PD2 from Twitch from a few days ago and none of them have come through and this is after doing the 'fix' MULTIPLE time that you're adamant works. Obviously we are all too stupid to do what Starbreeze tells us to do to supposedly fix this issue. Yeah enjoy the points to pimp out your private profile.

Why is it always the private profs that act like know it all a-holes? Hiding multiple clown awards on ya prof or something eh?

idk. but defur said they fixed the issue. so far I got the 2 drops from the twtich that I couldnt get before.

not everyone is you, people experience things you dont and vice versa. you can discover this by leaving your house and/or getting some friends.

By watching and claiming Drops from this campaign you should receive all of the Twitch Drops items that you are currently missing.

If, after watching the streams and claiming the items you are still having issues accessing your Twitch Drops, please make sure that you have enough unlocked slots in your inventory for each category, as well as using the "Click here to re-claim your Drops" option from your Nebula account [My Account > Linked Accounts], and ensure you have the right accounts linked (Twitch & Nebula).

And guess what even after this fix and new drop campaign and after claiming all the items again I've still not got ANY of them! Safe to say I will not be bothering with Pay Day 3 at all if this is how they 'fix' ...♥♥♥♥ em..

I've done everything I can eg, unlinked then relinked both my Twitch and Nebula accounts, made sure all my information is correct etc etc but still no dice. Its obviously a issue on their end as I've received all my other twitch drops for other games with no issues.....

Yet another dev on the 'dont buy their ' list..

the fix that worked for me (might not work for you but after 2 weeks im glad to have my drops):

i saw a passing comment either on Reddit or inside another thread here that 2-factor is a possible issue.

sent my support ticket in after much searching for a answer.

- decided to try removing 2FA on nebula (game open on my steam deck)

- i also freed up 6 slots in my masks (dont know if this is a need step but starbreeze keeps suggesting it)

- then clicked the reclaim link and immediately my inventory pops the notification for new item

- restarting the game also confirmed this with a popup of items received

hope this helps at least one other person out there
