Twitch drops not showing up in Inventory

For some reason, the first set of Road to Payday 3 Twitch drops do not appear in my inventory. Even tried reclaiming it twice from Nebula. Any help would be awesome.

Yeah the 1st email is just to confirm they have your support request, you should get another reply within 24 hours like I did.

Ed: I've emailed them the requested info and a video showing that I've not received any of the 16 drops I'm due so when I hear back I'll post here.

im stuck in the same boat as you guys. it took 4 days for me to get my Train Engineer set. got the edgelord set sitting in my twitch drop inventory for 3 days now and i still havent gotten it in Payday. i tried telemetry, re claim spamming... but if this is gonna be the case for all the rewards that are comming + this one im gonna be sick of it real fast

ye we having same problem but 4 months ago i had very weird problem so after the big cheese twitch drop like 2 months later i opened the game and seen like "wth why my big cheese mask and suit and a gloves is gone?" so i contacted the starbreeze and waited for 4 months to fixing the issue at least they given me a compensation of E3 masks which is pretty cool.

Your not gonna like this, but all E3 masks are either Free to get or are in game when you link your nebula account to steam. So you kinda got scammed by them. Luckely, 15 september is another opportunity to unlock / reclaim the Cheese outfit

about the E3 mask i didn't knew that and about the cheese outfit they fixed it thank god so i can now use again my favorite trolololo mask( i would like to show the screenshot of this weird bug but sadly you can't do that)

oh also trust me even overwatch 2 twitch drop working even better(no hate)
i really thinked that E3 masks are really rare but when im readed that it's actually doesn't
i feel well... idk sad maybe? would be better get at least 1 mask from complete overkill pack or smth like mega dallas

its been 4 days.. i still havent received my Edgelord Set from Halloween :(
today at 3 pm another drop gets activated, the first twitch drop in payday 2 history since the drops got introduced, please let me claim Edgelord in game along with that one and the others that still have to come

I received the drop from the train driver but the one from Haunted that was earlier did not appear and they are rare exchanged the truth.

Haunted will be able to be unlocked later at the beginning of september

go to starbreeze site and there will be button called contact support and do everything that is in there
