Twitch drops not showing up in Inventory

For some reason, the first set of Road to Payday 3 Twitch drops do not appear in my inventory. Even tried reclaiming it twice from Nebula. Any help would be awesome.

Same here, I'm due at least 10+ drops from twitch and I've not had a single one of them! Accounts are all linked up etc... https://imgur.com/a/K3v1LrQ
Ed:Just noticed all the masks that you need to make a nebula account for are still locked even though I've definitely got one.......bugged asf!!

i can only say this better to convey this information to overkill or starbreeze or twitch and they will do something about it.but they usualy doesn't read them

Just contacted their support on the Nebula website, lets see if I hear back but doubtful going from other comments in other treads :/

lets see how much time they need to fix this issue last record was 4 months even tho it was about other GIANT issue but lets not talk about it

Once the twitch drops took me like a week to get but eventually you should get them.

Under the rug situation. It's about playing the clock. 3 weeks till PD3 goes live then most players would have moved on or less people will make mention. Misdirection is a wonderful tool people implement when fault cannot be owned up. Bobblehead would like a word with you.

Just be like me. Be happy with the 100 things you do have and don't focus so hard the 5 we are promised kinda thing.

Ok i contacted the support with more evidence and asked kindly if they can try to fix this issue lets see how much they need to do it

ok it's interesting for sure for me it's the answer ill try to uninstall payday 2 again if it won't work ill try like it was typed here m8s

oh also Legion idk why but i got the diffrent answer and by answer i mean mail that saying thanks for contacting starbreeze nebula support and thats all
