No players from steamMM

No glitches no ping problems but cant find any players while I got many players with epic stuff. Cant they just put the epic players to steamMM.

I got servers running the game with -steamMM

Are you running mods by chance? I'm asking because I had to remove VanillaHUD+ out of the game because it wasn't updated yet and indeed it was the cause of games not showing.

I'm running the game now just with the basic Mod framework (SuperBLT and Beardlib) and games appears

No mods. I waited 30 minutes in very hard counterfreit heist and gived up.

Seems like hard to find players with steamMM and we gotta choose between more players with glitches and high pings or less players with less glitches.

Epic server is horrible, especially for those with multiple days or stealth ones, you will always get stuck with everybody ready but the game ain't starting.

Unless steamMM became an official option I doubt things will change much. I really only see "old guard" players at steamMM and haven't seen them at epicMM almost never.
Casual players really dont care of steam/epic war playing just what is official and veterans seem mostly got a pause, waiting for next Starbreeze steps if any.

Some PD2 veteran players are not playing the game due all the drama, others boycotting, others just went to other games, others are waiting because refuse to play without mods or till the mods are fixed, others are playing there using -steamMM. Problem is that the matchmaking system is now using EOS and it is mainstream-lined towards Epic as default, that's why there's more activity there + have in mind as well that the game is being given for free during this entire week on Epic, the flow and increase in players playing now and lobbies are coming from this source as well, (it's a short-life boost however), many young people nowadays get bored extremely fast with any game and always jump back to play their mainstream whatever tendency is and will drop PD2 forever and never spend a single penny or invest any time in it, Epic users are having terrible connection issues and tons of bugs and crashes playing the game now, it's not exclusive from Steam, Imagine the first impression you get from a game that you play the first time if it performs this badly, they're gonna drop it.

Things are convoluted right now due all these changes. Let's see what happens in the upcoming days.

Even the noobs rarely play Very Hard, and Counterfeit really isn't a fun heist for most people.

Now that you mention it, When I checked today, All the games hosted on -steamMM were mostly games running Overkill difficulty (3 skulls) and Mayhem (4 Skulls), and some DSODs. Makes total sense though considering that the veteran player base standard consensus is that Overkill is the standard "normal" difficulty, plus the most majority of people refusing the EOS and using -steamMM now are the veterans, long-time PD2 playerbase users who grew up during all these years playing with friends as well using the Steam matchmaking system, which still kicking asses and putting in EOS and EGS in shame compared by the way.

I didnt wanna take more risk and I find dodge setup is boring. I dont want to run around with akimbos. Also It appeared randomly.

What does Dodge have to do with anything?
I run around with armor on DS/OD settings even, so IDK what you're going on about.

What is your perk, skills and guns?

Sociopath, melee build with Frenzy/Berserker (aced), usually with either shotgun or sniper skills.
Granted, three hits and I'm on the floor in DS/OD, but up to and including Deathwish it's fine.

I just make a same room with overkill difficulty. Filled up quick. They died one by one and left the server. I was the only one left alive with almost full health. I hardly finished the heist.
