I think Devolver would be open to him coming back since the Hotline Miami series is permanently done. Jacket as a character would never see the light of day again outside of collab projects

Jimmy came with the promo for the movie Hardcore Henry. Hardcore Henry 2 is not hapenning. It's very unlikely that were's getting either Jimmy or Sharlto Copley back.

I don't see why Duke & Sangria wouldn't come back. Can't confirm or deny it, but I think we shouldn't expect them too much.
