Epic Online Services servers are killing this game. This game is dying.

You can't play with OTHER STEAM PLAYERS let alone Epic Games players!! You can BARELY find any games now compared to pre-update and when you do, you either get locked in lobby or stuck loading forever (both mods on and off.)

People who have joined say they have impossibly high ping.

Servers are laggy af
Game optimization is dead i used to run this game at 60 FPS on max settings but now i can't even play it on 30 FPS properly

It's not even down to EGS, I can kind of play EGS games well. GTA 5 and whatever runs fine. It's just....

Why put that into an EXISTING STEAM GAME for EVERYONE?? The crossplay is awful!!

My low FPS was due to a settings file specifying a "refresh_rate" of 24fps. That was a clean install from epic store...

Config file is located here: %AppData%\Local\PAYDAY 2\renderer_settings.xml
With somewhere on line 111: refresh_rate = "120"

Wouldn't be the stupidest thing if there was a script for PD2 that detects whether one comes from Steam or Epic Games.
Then you can at least ban Epic Games players in your Payday 2 Steam Lobby.

Bruh. Hell nayuh. That's just toxic af. Just have a Rep limit with Infamy too, it will filter out literally all Epic Games players atm :D
