Can't Claim Musket Despite Objective Being Complete

It says Piggy banks destroyed OR 50 Heists, Piggy banks destroyed is complete and should allow me to grab the musket but it doesn't, I would do 48 more heists to see if I need both but the heists I do just don't count, is this just a me issue.
