You could try to set -steamMM as startup parameter and see if you can find some games then (This will force the game to use the steam Servers).
Does adding -steamMM to launch options not help? Is your game not launching?
I also reinstalled game, so thanks for your answer
Right click Payday 2 in your Steam Library -> Properties -> General tab, inside the General tab you should see 'Launch Options' and a text box. Simply enter -steamMM into this box, exactly like this.
