How do I claim my twitch drops?

Hello again. I watched a stream to get all 3 pieces of the Banshee outfit. I claim my drops and I also claimed them through the Starbreeze Nebula page. The Nebula page did not send them to my inventory. What do I do?

you go to the website, go to the linked accounts part, and click "reclaim twitch drops" , if it doesnt work, send a customer support ticket,then wait, a lot of people are having issues with this, heck i lost all of the nebula account items since December

All of this has been done but to no avail, many have tried and received no response.

Seems to me they promise the drops but never fully intend to deliver them to everyone. That or their website is broken and has terrible integration issues that will persist into PD3. Either way it is not looking good for the future of PD and Twitch drops.
