Bundle with all dlc?

Hi guys I have the legacy collection but it tells me that I have 36 of 78 dlc of the game... I want to play the game after a lot of time not playing it but I would like to try the new features, is there a way to buy all those dlcs in one bundle?

It's possible that once development on Payday 2 ceases (when Payday 3 releases, probably) that Overkill might released another complete bundle (like the Legacy Collection was, back when development stopped the first time); but it's hard to say for certain.

Seems extremely unlikely to me.
Even if we ignore the issues with the Scarface DLC (which won't come back, period), then there's still the preorder bonus stuff, COVK pack and some of the masks that were (and often still are) such hot button topics that you can't even really talk about it in the forums, so it seems to me that the chances of ever getting a truly "complete" edition will be slim to none.

They certainly might do an edition with most of the paid DLC, like most of the weapons, cosmetics and heists, but certain pieces of DLC simply won't ever see a return.
Same goes for the H3H3 stuff, which will always remain seperate.

Oh yeah, much like the Ultimate Edition (what it was called before Legacy) didn't include those things, any new 'Ultimate Edition' wouldn't include those things either.

To be clear, I'm talking about including all the new campaigns and their associated DLC in one package.

Multiple DLC is only exclusive mask :o and other are not available anymore :/

Alienware masks --> I buy the machine
Completely Overkill Pack --> 150$ on the black market
Almir mask --> 50$ from a china guys
Sydney mega mask --> 10$ donation
Career Criminal Edition --> 30$
Humble Bundle mask --> I get all the bundle when avalaible
Big Mike --> From Humble Bundle pack
Cards mask (King, Joker,...) --> From black market for 5$ each
Leaf and crypto color for weapon --> Thanks for Discord giveaway
And I can continue for all other DLC... x)

You can get all of these with time and patience (and passion & money for some) but some are no more available like troll mask (Steelseries) or big mike mask (Humble Bundle)

The Legacy Collection contains 90% of the content for the game; and it's incredibly cheap when it goes on sale.

Then there are bundles for the 3 campaign arcs, which include all the DLC released during those campaigns/will include all the DLC released (Silk Road, City of Gold, and the current Texas Heat campaign). Because we are midway through Texas Heat, there isn't a bundle that currently includes everything; but I'm confident there will be one when the campaign finishes.

The H3H3 DLC is always sold separately because all the proceeds go towards Ethan/Hila, and there's probably some sort of contractual obligation on Overkill's part to sell it as such.

H3H3 is the only DLC that can't be bought as part of a bundle from the store.
