Which DLCs were permanently removed and are no longer for sale?

Pre order stuff, alienware pc deal. I believe you can't get either of those now without trading someone for a code.
There's also other codes too such as the humble bundle mask collection and e3 masks.

Are there some other DLCs that are no longer possible to get? I was lucky enough to get SCP, sadly not the COP p.p

As far as I remember, they removed the Scarface Pack because of Copyright issues (because there was rumors that a Scarface reboot was being made), and the COVK pack was launched alongside with the OVK pack, but you would only get some infamy mega masks (I think) and a safe that only contained rare, epic and legendary skins

The Pack was removed because the license to use the character likeness expired. There was never a Copyright issue, Overkill just simply chose not to renew the character license (which is why you can still play as the character if you own the pack, Overkill just can't sell it anymore).
