Yep. Little things, mostly, but (not joking) one of the big differences is "sorry". We say it more like "sore", while Americans tend to say it like "sar". We also say it a lot more. And like America, the accents vary. Nobody knows what anyone in Newfoundland is saying.

Only very slightly. Some Canadians have slight French accents, especially if they're from Quebec. I'm from Vancouver, so we just sound like your average Seattle citizens.
