Dodge build: Suit VS Lightweight Ballistic Vest AKA 10 Dodge VS 30 armor

I have been playing around with dodge builds recently and I always assumed a suit is the way to go for them until I actually stoped and really looked at some of the skills. With the skill that gives ballistic vests more concelement it is identical in that regards to a suit. This is interesting because it means it is viable with sneaky bastard.

With a suit I get 20 armor with a dodge rate of 55% but with a LBV I get an armor of 50 with a dodge of 45%. I am wondering which one of these 2 options do people feel is a better dodge build?

f oyu use crook perk and armor skills and the increase for lightweight ballistic vest, you can get 40 dodge with around 130-140 armour so...

136.5 armor + 40 dodge.

Crook can be more superior than rogue but require much more skills point investment.

Both still require FAK though (crook is less so, but still nice to have)

Edit: don't forget armor piercing and sanic weapon swap from rogue

Strange, I'm fat, dumb, and happy with grinder, akimbo, suit and a 15 dodge.
