I was playing boiling point when my friend pointed out this phrase written on a whiteboard in the bunker that said, " mudkip is a lie" does anybody know what that is a reference to.

Seems like a mix between the "I herd u liek mudkips" meme and "the cake is a lie" from Portal.

Also when I looked it up I got a website called teen wolf web, and the title was mudkip is a lie followed by a series of pornographic images

"is a lie" part may be a reference to "the cake is a lie" catchphrase of glados from the portal video game series

It's an ancient meme that they put in because Overkill are literally years late when it comes to memes. It's a reference to both CAKE IS A LIE and DO YOU LIEK MUDKIPZ and both are awful garbage memes that are the epitome of 'im so ranodm XD'
