imo... no reason to not have it
So borderless window is full screen except with out having to see that effect? And will it increase frames?
But depends on the game its played with... and knowing Payday2 there could be some issues
Wouldn't FOV be smaller though?
Windowed Bordless is practically full screen but just removes the effect of the screen tearing and stuff like showing a black screen when alt tabbing. So I'm wondering if it affects fps and graphics.
Pros: No more screen tearing (which fullscreen have a lot)
Can alt tab without having to wait 5 seconds/have a bug.
Con: It's slightly heavier on your computer, as fullscreen mode makes your computer focus on the program in fullscreen.
But hey. No screen tearing, almost same fps, alt tab easily. Windowed borderless masterace.
Well, that's hardly of a problem. At least to me.
So for games like CSGO where you always have above 60 fps is good to leave at Bordless Windowed?
OK.
Windowed borderless should always be used. It fixes the screen tearing without using vsync (which induces mouse lag). The impact on performance is neglectable at worse.
